Common illnesses
though you really should not panic, the fact that your baby is showing signs of hypersensitivity means that it would really help to avoid exposure to potential allergens. Aside from keeping dogs outside of the house, carpets, and thick draperies which can harbor molds esp in a humid country like ours, should be avoided. Household irritants like air fresheners, insect repellants and even strong laundry detergents and fabric softeners should also be avoided.
Is H1N1 vaccination safe and is it really necessary? We're scheduled to bring Cloud to the pedia later this month and although I gave my consent already, I'm having second thoughts. Thanks in advance!:)
it is basically a flu vaccine. The flu vaccine that became available in d past contains several influenza strains but does not include the ah1n1 because this is a new strain of the influenza virus. Yes,it is important, esp for young children and elderly patients,to get vaccinated. In terms of possible reactions, these may include fever and pain on injection site.
HI, there:
I bought a Dell Laptop with windows 7 home premium a month ago and I reinstalled the system with the windows 7 DVD came with the Laptop. However I don't know I need to activate the windows 7 at that time.
Now after 30 days, I have a problem that, the windows message says that, my activation period has been expired. Even when I tried to input the product key on the Dell laptop, it is said that the product key is invalid.
Would you please tell me what to do except reinstalling the windows 7 if reinstallation can solve this problem.
Thank you.

i'm a first time mom. my son, stryk, is turning 5 mos this oct 12. a little over a month ago, stryk had colds, which he got from my MIL. he didn't have fever, sleeping comfortably, was eating normal, very cheerful and active despite the cold. so pedia told me to nebulize him with NSS 3x a day and to add 1/2 nebule of 2.5mg ventolin nebule if he's wheezing. the cold quickly went away after a few days of nebulization pero naiwan yung halak. after 1 week i called the pedia and she said to just continue. weather din daw kasi and to remove all possible allergens. after another week, di paren nawala yung halak. since i couldn't get rid of some allergens (i.e. my in-laws' dogs that live inside the house), she gave zyrtec and mucosolvan expectorant and continue neb. both my husband and i have family histories of allergies so i took stryk to a pedia-allergologist in cardinal santos. given the family history, malamang daw hypersensitive lang si stryk and the halak would eventually go away. but to be on the safe side, he conducted a skin test. all results were negative. although stryk isn't showing any signs of discomfort, i'm still bothered kasi ang tagal na nga. first time mom pa ko so shempre wala naman akong alam masyado. has this happened to any of you mothers out there? docs am i getting worried for no reason at all? =(
