As mothers, we want our children to always be healthy. But we may be overlooking an important facet in caring for our kids – it’s taking care of ourselves as well. Being on a 24/7 schedule as mothers, we owe it to ourselves and our families to be in perfect health. This would mean our over-all well-being, healthy in body, mind and spirit.
